About Fairfields Care Centre
Fairfields Care Centre is in the same family ownership since 1989 and has an excellent reputation for personal care during that time. It is a purpose-built 70 single bed care complex and offers a very high level of comfort and care in a spacious and modern environment.
Fairfields offers care for residents requiring nursing or dementia care, in a modern yet intimate environment. The ‘person centred’ approach to care has been carefully designed to meet individual needs.
It is an environment that has the warmth of home with the highest possible standards of care that you will feel as soon as you walk through the front door.

Phillip McGowan
Registered Person in Charge & General Manager
Phillip is a trained nurse who has worked in Acute Care and Care of the Elderly in Nursing and Managerial Posts. He has a degree in Nursing and a Masters Degree in Social Policy which helps him manage and facilitate change and development in the Care Home sector.
Debbie McDermott
General Unit Manager
Debbie is a trained nurse who has worked for 20 years in Nursing and Senior Nursing positions. She has worked in Fairfields for over 8 years. Debbie manages General Nursing Unit of the Home.
Oana Tache
Dementia Unit Manager
Oana is a trained Nurse with experience in a range of Care Home settings. She has a degree in Nursing and has worked in Fairfields for over 6 years specialising in our Dementia care. Oana manages the Dementia Units within Fairfields.
